Shipping Locations

We ship Australia-wide only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 4 –10 business days
Express Shipping (if selected): 2 – 6 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and selected shipping method. Commoon fees are $12.90 standard and $15.90 express.

Secure & Discreet Packaging

All jewellery is shipped in secure, discreet packaging to ensure safety and privacy during transit.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Authority to Leave

Due to the value of jewellery items, parcels may require a signature on delivery. We recommend providing an address where someone is available to receive the order.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is their responsibility. If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist with lodging an enquiry where possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
